Royal Lodge is situated in the Kniazevo district in the southern part of Sofia at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain, in a rare place combining the closeness of nature, the comfort of urban life, the freshness of air and the touch of bowels of the earth through mineral springs.

Building consists of a ground floor, four residential floors, terraced floor, under roof level and basement, serviced by two communication lines – it is divided into two sections – section A and section B.
Stairs are fitted with lifts to the basement.
