This complex is located in Krustova Vada, a newly developed area south of Sofia’s city centre. In recent years, this area has been the focus of several high-class developments which, while enhancing the infrastructure and the communal services, has preserved the green and quiet nature
of the area. The area enjoys new, modern infrastructure and roads and is in close proximity to Blvd. Cherni Vruh which connects the area to Sofia’s administrative and commercial centre.
Layout:
This project has been designed as a mini-complex, where some of the apartments look south over the beautiful Vitosha Mountain and the others look into a private garden with a well secured children’s playground. Our residents will enjoy a secured and private complex while benefiting from

This is a purely residential complex. The design provides a contemporary living space with thoughtfully designed rooms and living space. The communal areas and the exterior are similarly well designed with special emphasize on security and landscaping. The architect and designer,Arch. Daniela Yankova, has won the 2005 Architect of the Year Award, sponsored by the Bulgarian Architects Association, for one of the projects designed by her.

In the building there will be 50 comfortable apartments in 5 above-ground levels. 3 separate entrances will ensure the privacy of our residents. All floors are accessible by elevator.
The underground level contains parking places and storage rooms. The underground parking and storage rooms are accessible through staircases and elevators with direct access to the apartments.
There will be 9 one-bedroom apartments, 33 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom apartments over 5 above-ground levels. All apartments have balconies.
The building will be constructed using modern technologies and high quality materials, making sure it smoothly blends with its surroundings. Our aim is primarily to provide a solid, long-lasting building, while not compromising on the design and comfort of our residents.
