This residential complex is a seaside resort located on the South Coast of the Pomorie peninsula North of Bourgas. The international airport of Burgas is located 8 kilometers (15 minutes) from the complex, while Bourgas city is 20 km away and Sunny Beach and Nessebar are 18 km from Pomorie.
The developers of the resort have recently acquired a 15-year concession of the South Beach of Pomorie, thus managing the development of the area.

Layout
The complex is situated along one of the most beautiful beaches of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, on the very shore of the sea. The holiday village offers apartments, from 57 sq.m. to 130 sq.m. Available are 193 apartments consisting of a sitting room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. Most of them have a southern view and overlook the sea.
The complex offers a large semi-underground parking place with separate cells. The apartments on sale can be used throughout the whole year. All apartments are offered fully finished and completely furnished.
The hotel occupies central position within the holiday complex and has 30 double rooms which face the sea with a magnificent view. The café and the cocktail bar are designed in the same gorgeous style, adding an elegant atmosphere to the complex. There are several shops in the complex, well equipped fitness center, as well as a unique spa center.
