The hotel is in the Marchevo SPA center. It is build in 2003 and is in a true national style. The place is located along the Mesta river valley, at the foot of the Pirin and Rodopi mountains, just 40 kilometers from Bansko - the biggest Bulgarian ski resort. There are 13 double rooms, all with a telephone and cable tv. The restaurant is equipped with good quality cooking units, there are 32 places inside plus 50 places in the summer garden and 20 places in the barbeque area. There is an outside bar with swimming pool and Jacuzzi . There is humidity insulation, thermal insulation, local heating, and air-conditions in every room. Along with the 1000sq.m. of land where the hotel is build there is another 2000sq.m. of land that comes along with the package for sale, with all the necessary documents and building permissions for a holiday village, consisting of a few houses.
