The site is located between the towns of Balchik and Kavarana, 55 km north of Varna ( the Black Sea coast capital ) and 30-45 min from Varna International Airport. The fishing town of Balchik is 4 km and Kavarna is 3 km away. The International Resort Albena is 15 min drive.
The area consist of three main landscape character zones:
-The beach and cliff zone
-The lower plateau zone
-The upper plateau zone
The site is located on the upper plateau zone, directly on the ridge lane overlooking the golf course situated on the lower plateau and the sea. The views from the site are fantastic. The site is south facing.
While the Development is intended for Golf , Sun and Sea use from April until late October, the accommodation all well suited for winter use – high density insulation, double glazed windows, under floor heating bathrooms and fireplace.
